How to register as a vendor

Register your booth at the Hunnefeier in a few steps.

Create your vendor account

On the application form, enter your contact details and vendor type. Submit to receive a magic link by email.

Complete the application

Choose booth category and type, add product details, and upload the required documents (insurance, photos, product list).

Review and submit

Check the summary and price, accept the terms, and submit. You can access your vendor portal anytime via the magic link.

After submission

We review your application. Once accepted, you will receive payment details. Pay by the deadline to confirm your booth.
